Members

Treasurer (1)

  • Attends the club meetings and summarizes the relevant information for the other officers.
  • Attends university meetings for officers and summarize information for other officers.
  • Takes care of dues — deposits, collection, keeping a record of all members that paid dues.
  • Most important aspect of this position will be planning deadlines and making sure that all the deadlines are being met by all officers in advance.

Publicity Committee (1-2)

  • Fills out all the forms, applications, and make sure we are in accordance with all university regulations.
  • Plans and conducts recruiting events. (Which you will have to design yourself, because so far we have none, and no plans on how they are to be conducted).
  • Confers with President and VP on coming up with plans on fund raising.
  • Confers with Operations on attaining funds for the recruitment services.
  • Confers with Treasurer on the Budget demands for the events.
  • Confers with the Webmaster on what content goes on the web page.
  • Confers with Treasurer on all dead lines and information that needs to be distributed to the club officers.
  • Comes up with ideas to attract more members.

Webmaster (1-2)

  • Maintains the club website and keeps it updated.
  • Confers with President/VP on the content.
  • Records and Edits Videos.
  • Takes Pictures and adds them to the site.
